A 7 year workmanship warranty covers the installation itself.

All Installations and servicing must be carried out by Neptune technicians or approved installers to maintain warranty coverage.

Any Damage caused directly by the attending plumber during installation is the liability of that plumber.
Neptune will not be responsible for pre existing plumbing defects, excessive pressure, or infrastructure issues unrelated to the installation.
Neptune is committed to customer satisfaction. Any issues directly related to installation or product performance will be promptly investigated and rectified where reasonable.
Purchasing Neptune Whole Home Filtration 20", the customer affirms that they are either the property or have obtained express permission from the owner to carry out installation and related works as detailed.
The Customer agrees to provide Neptune with sufficient access to complete installation and on going maintenance safely.
